PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY (GDPR)

INTRODUCTION

These Personal Data Protection Principles describe how the entrepreneur Tomáš Dvořák – TD LampsCompany ID: 06192335, VAT ID: CZ8112164533, with registered office / place of business (office) at Nevanova 13, 163 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic (this address is not a retail store), processes the personal data of its customers and visitors to the website.

The personal data controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

We process in particular the following personal data: first and last name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, data related to orders and payments, IP address and data about website usage (via cookies).

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

We process personal data for the purposes of performance of the purchase contract and order processing, compliance with legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax obligations), communication with customers, and marketing purposes, only on the basis of granted consent.

Personal data may also be processed for the purposes of business, professional or marketing communication if such communication is based on prior contact, mutual consent or demonstrated interest of the data subject, in particular via professional networks (such as LinkedIn), social networks or direct email communication. The data subject has the right to refuse such communication at any time.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, compliance with a legal obligation pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, and consent of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data are retained only for the period strictly necessary for the duration of the contractual relationship, for the period required by applicable legal regulations (in particular accounting and tax records), and for the duration of the consent granted for marketing purposes.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data may be disclosed only to necessary third parties, in particular payment service providers (GoPay), transport and delivery companies, accounting and tax advisors, and IT and hosting service providers.

Personal data are not transferred to third countries outside the European Union.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

The data subject has the right to access their personal data, to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data, to erasure of personal data (right to be forgotten), to restriction of processing, to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
